Step 1
Position back floor (

sections onto a firm and level base,
fix with 8x50mm screws alternate
the fixing positions along the
length of the floors.
Fix the front floor (

existing panels using the floor
joining bocks. Use 2x50mm screws
per block screwing through the
boards into the top of the block,
connecting the floor pieces.

*Ensure your base has suitable drainage and is
free from areas where standing water can collect.
Step 2
Attach the flush hinges (
No. 34
)
to both the master (
No. 12
) &
slave (
No. 13
) doors using
3x30mm screws per hinge.
*Fix to the doors via the outer
plate.
Fix the doors into the door panel
(
No. 1
) aperture, securing into
place using 3x30mm screws per
hinge.
*Fix to the door panel via the
inner plate.

Fit the mortice lock (
No. 32
)
into the recess on the master
door & fix into place using with
the screws provided. Attach the
key plate (
No. 33
) to the slave
door, once again using the
screws provided.
Fix the door handles (
No. 31
)
and the metal bar (
spindle
)
using 8x30mm screws.
*Ensure the mortice lock opens
and closes freely. If not remove
the lock and turn the catch
around using the small grub
screw.
