Unlocking/locking in an emergency

Unlocking the vehicle

If you are unable to unlock the vehicle with
the SmartKey, open the driver’s door using
the mechanical key and the tailgate using
the emergency release.

The driver’s door is unlocked.

Unlocking and opening the tailgate

A minimum height clearance of 6.40 ft
(1.95 m) is required to open the tailgate.

The emergency release is located on the
inside of the tailgate.
