Assembly Method
Step 1: Assemble the bottom bases
For this step, please prepare two bottom bases
(No.1), the connecting pipe with curved bracket
(No.2), two curved brackets (No.12), four
M8*70mm Allen bolts (No.13), four lock nuts
(No.15), and two wrenches (No.25) (No.26).
Attach the connecting pipe and two curved
brackets to two bottom bases. Screw four
M8*70mm Allen bolts and four lock nuts to fix.
Step 2: Assemble the bottom handlebars
Attach two bottom handlebars (No.3) to the bottom
bases. Screw four M8*40mm carriage bolts
(No.16), four washers (No.14), and four lock nuts
(No.15) by using the open-end wrench (No.25).
Step 3: Assemble the frame
For this step, please prepare two support frames
(No.4), two curved brackets (No.12), four
M8*70mm Allen bolts (No.13), four washers
(No.14), eight lock nuts (No.15), four M8*40mm
carriage bolts (No.16), and two wrenches (No.25)
(No.26).
Attach two support frames to the bottom bases.
Screw four M8*40mm carriage bolts from the
bottom. And then screw four washers and four lock
nuts to fix.
Attach two curved brackets to the back of the
support frames. Screw four M8*70mm Allen bolts,
and four lock nuts to fix.
