3. ENGLISH (TRANSLATION OF THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS)
3.1.
INTRODUCTION
EKI-
heaters are oil and gas fired with heat transfer through a heat-exchanger into the
blast air. The heaters are equipped with sufficient control and safety limit control devices
to ensure a safety operation. The heaters can be used for all kinds of temporary heating
needs when considering the instruction given in this manual and the regulations of the
local authorities.
3.2.
WARRANTY AND TERMS OF WARRANTY
EKI-
heaters have a 1 year warranty covering material- and manufacture defects. The
fire chamber and the heat exchanger have a 4 years warranty. The warranty does not
cover damage caused by misuse against this manual, lack of service or unauthorized
alternation to the construction of the heater.
3.3.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING THE
HEATER!
Only persons familiar with these instructions are allowed to use the heater. When
starting, always make sure that the heater is in a proper working condition to avoid any
risk of accident. A defected or a faulty heater cannot be used before it has been
repaired correctly.
The noise level on 1 m distance: 120S; 76 dB (A).
