WARNING!
Read all instructions� Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric
shock, fire and/or serious injury� The term ’power tool’ in the warnings below refers to your mains-
operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool� Keep these instructions�
• Take particular care when the cleaning tool is used by children or in the vicinity of children�
The tool must not be used as a toy�
• Attach brushes carefully before use�
• Never immerse the battery charger in water or any other liquid� If moisture enters the charger
there is an increased risk of electrocution�
• Do not operate power tools in explosive environments, for example in the vicinity of flammable
liquids, gases or dust� Power tools create sparks which can ignite dust or fumes�
• Always use protective glasses and rubber gloves when using the cleaning tool with corrosive
substances�
• Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts� Loose clothes, jewellery or long
hair can get caught in moving parts�
• Do not fit accessories while the cleaning tool is running�
• Do not hold the cleaning tool under water when the battery case cover is not fitted�
• Important safety instructions for the battery, adaptor and battery charger
• Never store or carry the battery in such a way that metallic objects come into contact with
the metal tips�
• Do not store the battery in an apron or in pockets or drawers with loose nails, screws, keys, etc�,
unless the battery has a protective cover� The battery may short-circuit, causing fire, injury or
material damage�
• Never try to open the battery� If the battery cover is cracked or otherwise damaged, remove the
battery from the tool immediately and do not charge it�
• Do not charge the battery if it is wet or shows signs of corrosion�
• Keep the cleaning tool away from heat, oil and flammable objects�
• Do not incinerate the battery� If it is incinerated it may explode�
• Make sure that the adaptor fits the socket� The voltages of the socket and the adaptor must
correspond�
• The cleaning tool has a special rechargeable battery and adaptor�
