OPERATION
Read these instructions carefully before use!
Fill with pepper and salt
The mill is intended for use with whole peppercorns and rock salt.
1.
Unscrew the metal knob on top of the mill.
2.
Lift off the stainless steel lid.
3.
Pour pepper into one of the mill’s compartments and salt into the other.
4.
Refit the lid on the mill.
5.
Screw the metal knob into place.
Use
In order to grind, hold the mill in one hand while turning the lid with your other hand.
Ensure that the mill is approximately 80% full to achieve optimum results.
The grinding mechanism is adjustable. Tighten the adjuster screw for finer grinding, and loosen it
for coarser grinding.
Clean the mill with a soft, damp cloth.
Fingers or other items should not be placed close to the grinding mechanism.
Keep out of the reach of children.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the mill is not working as it should, try the following:
Shake the mill carefully to loosen the peppercorns/grains of salt from the grinding mechanism.
Set the grinding mechanism to coarser grinding.
