DESCALING
Descale the kettle regularly for best functionality.
Follow the instructions of the manufacturer if
using a special descaling agent. The kettle can
also be descaled with a mixture of equal parts of
water and vinegar as follows.
1. Pour enough of the vinegar mixture in the
kettle to cover the heating element. Leave
the liquid in the kettle overnight.
2. Pour out the vinegar mixture, fill the kettle
to the MAX mark with clean water, boil up,
and pour out the water. Repeat several
times, until the smell of vinegar disappears.
Any stains in the spout can be removed
with a damp cloth.
