2. Check that the power switch is in the OFF
position and plug in the plug.
3. Take out some popcorn, oil and choice
spices.
4. Pour 1 measure of oil in the base. Measure
up the oil in the small measure.
5. Fill the large popcorn measure with
popcorn and pour into the base. Do NOT
add more than 1 measure of popcorn. Soft-
shelled popcorn produces the best results.
6. Start the popcorn machine with the power
switch on the front of the base.
NOTE:
Do not leave the popcorn machine unattended
when it is running.
7. Remove the lid during the popping, to let
the steam out.
8. Switch off the popcorn machine and pull
out the plug when the popping stops.
9. Put the lid on the bowl.
10. Use oven gloves/potholders and take the
bowl off the base.
11. The popcorn is now ready to serve.
12. Allow the popcorn machine to cool for
about 15 minutes before using it again.
NOTE:
•
The accumulation of fat can result in the
emission of fumes. Clean the nonstick
surface on the base after use.
• Never start the popcorn machine empty,
i.e. without oil and popcorn.
• For best results, add oil before starting
the appliance.
MAINTENANCE
• Pull out the plug and allow the popcorn
machine to cool before cleaning.
• Release the agitator from the base by
unscrewing the holder. Wipe with a soft,
damp cloth or sponge, and then wipe dry.
• Wash all the bowl and lid in hot water and
washing-up liquid. Do not use abrasive
detergents or implements. Rinse well and
dry with a soft towel.
• Wipe the nonstick surface on the base with
a soft cloth moistened with a mild
detergent. Wipe dry with a soft towel.
• Do not use abrasive detergents or
implements on the base, this can scratch
the surface.
• Clean the casing with a damp cloth and
wipe dry.
NOTE:
Do not wash the popcorn machine parts in a
dishwasher. Only wash by hand.
