Water droplets may collect above the
funnel and drip down onto the plate when
brewing. In order to counteract this, wipe
the area with a clean, dry cloth after each
use.

Refit all parts after cleaning so that the
coffee maker is ready for use.
DESCALING
Clean and descale the coffee maker regularly for
best functionality. Follow the instructions below.
1.
Mix water and the descaling agent
according to the descaling agent
manufacturer’s instructions and fill the
water container to the MAX indication
with the mixture. A mixture of 3 parts
citric acid to 100 parts water can also
be used.
2.
Place the travel mug on the plate.
3.
Check that the filter holder (without
ground coffee) and funnel are fitted
correctly.
4.
Start the coffee maker by setting the
power switch in the I position and allow
the descaling mixture to run through.
When one cup of the mixture has run
through, switch off the tool by setting
the power switch in the O position.
5.
Wait 15 minutes and repeat step 4.
6.
Start the coffee maker and allow the
rest of the mixture to run through, so
that the water container is empty.
7.
Rinse by filling the container with cold
water and allow this to run through.
Repeat at least three times.
