1. Most Bluetooth devices will connect with this ROCSTA
TM
speaker automatically after they’ve been
paired once. However, for selected devices from certain manufacturers, this feature does not apply
due to different Bluetooth technologies being used. In such an instance, the device needs to be
paired again with ROCSTA
TM
.
2. If Bluetooth connection problems still persist after initial pairing has been made, the following
procedure can be implemented to resolve the possible issue;-
I. Delete the paired name as ‘ROCKSTA V.1’ in the pairing list of the device.
II. Re-pair the device to the speaker using the instructions given above.
* Note:
I. Please ensure that the device is placed within 1 meter of the speakers during pairing.
II. Please ensure that both your device and the speaker are not connected to any other device.
III. Only one device should be connected to the speaker at any given time.
