5�7 Switching the milk system on and off
(option)
If you do not want to dispense milk products or if you
want to take the milk preparation system out of service
temporarily, you can switch off the milk system. One
application would be, for example, that in canteen
operation the milk system is cleaned and shut down for
close of business to prevent germs, but coffee can still
be dispensed.
Note
Before switching off the milk system, the
cleaning program must be run each time (see
chapter 8.7 on page 29).
1. Open the manager menu (see chapter 7.1.1 on
page 21).
2. Select the tab “Configuration” (see chapter 7.7 on
page 27).
3. Press the “Mode” button.

(option)
If you do not want to dispense instant products or if
you want to take the instant preparation out of service
temporarily, you can switch off the instant system.
1. Open the manager menu (see chapter 7.1.1 on
page 21).
2. Select the tab “Configuration” (see chapter 7.7 on
page 27).
3. Press the “Mode” button.
4. Set “Mode instant system” (1) (see Fig. 15) to “Off”.

All products containing instant are grayed out in
the dispensing view.

The instant system is switched off.
The products will be available again only after the system
has been switched on again.
CAUTION
Danger of burns on the beverage outlet!
Hot water runs out of the beverage outlet when the
mixer unit is rinsed.

Do not reach underneath the outlets.
1. On the tab “Configuration” under “Mode” set “Mode
instant system” (1) (see Fig. 15) to “On”.

The mixer unit is rinsed.
2. Refill the instant powder as described in chapter 5.2.2
on page 12.
