Cord, plug and mains socket
• Check regularly that the cord and plug are not damaged
and do not use the travel hairdryer if it is, or if it has been
dropped or damaged in any other way.
• If the travel hairdryer, cord or plug is damaged, the
appliance must be inspected and, if necessary, repaired by
an authorised repair engineer, otherwise there is a risk of
electric shock. Never try to repair the appliance yourself.
• Remove the plug from the socket for cleaning.
• Avoid pulling the cord when removing the plug from the
socket. Instead, hold the plug.
• The cord must not be wound around the appliance.

change between 120 and 230 V (4). The switch is located on
the back of the handle. Before using the hairdryer, check that it
is set to the correct voltage. You can switch between 120 and
230 V by turning the switch using an ordinary screwdriver.
USE
• The travel hairdryer’s handle (2) can be folded in and out by
holding the handle and either folding it in along the actual
hairdryer or folding it out until it locks in place. Always
remove the plug from the socket before folding the handle
in or out.
