SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Always place the appliance on a dry, level
and firm surface, and well away from the
edges.
• Do not use the appliance if it has been
damaged in any way.
• Ensure that the accessories are fitted
securely and correctly, before you switch
on the appliance.
• Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp
parts during use and cleaning.
• Always switch off and unplug the appli-
ance before you empty the container or
remove the blade unit.
• The appliance must never be run for more
than 1½ minutes at a time. Allow the appli-
ance to cool before continuing to use it.
•
The container must not be used to heat
food in the microwave, in a water bath or
directly on a heat source.
BEFORE USE
• Before using for the first time, or after
prolonged storage without use, wash any
parts that will come into contact with food.
USE
1. Place the container on a flat surface, e.g.
a kitchen counter, and make sure it is
standing firmly.
2. Place the food in the container. Do not
overfill the container.
3. Place the cover on the container.
4. Attach the motor unit to the cover. Plug in.
5. Start chopping the food by pressing the
on/off button down for 1-2 seconds at a
time.
6. Once the food is ready, unplug the ap-
pliance. Lift the motor unit off. Remove
the cover and blade unit, and empty the
container.

Food must be cut into squares no larger than
1.5×1.5×1.5 cm (max. 5-10 g per square).
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay
attention to the following:
•
Unless clearly specified in the cleaning in-
structions below, please note that none of
the parts of this appliance are dishwasher
safe.
• Clean the appliance immediately after use
so that food residues do not dry on to it.
• Remove the plug from the socket before
cleaning. Do not immerse the motor unit of
the appliance in water and make sure no
water gets into the motor unit. Wipe with a
well-wrung cloth.
