HOW TO USE
NOTE: it is normal to hear noises inside the unit when it is used for the first time, or after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Following the safety instructions provided previously, choose a suitable place to use the product. Insert the plug into the
socket. Turn the thermostat knob fully clockwise to the maximum. Turn on the heating elements using the rocker switches on
the side control panel.
The switches will light up:
-
750W;
-
1250W
-
750W + 1250W = 2000W
For maximum heating, turn on both switches.
When the room reaches the desired temperature, slowly turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise until you hear a click
and the switch lights will go out. The thermostat can be left with this setting. As soon as the temperature drops below the set
temperature, the unit will operate again, thus keeping it constant and favouring the saving of electricity.
TURBO FUNCTION
The product incorporates an internal fan that can be turned on independently of the heating elements. Fan operation (turbo
function) is performed via a switch with the symbol on the side control panel.
The fan works only if the thermostat is active and the heating elements are on, to blow hot air into the room. If it were hot,
the fan can be used, with the heating elements turned off, to move fresh air into the room
TIMER
This model has a 24-hour timer with 96 segments on its circumference and each segment corresponds to 15 minutes. With
the help of this timer you can set the time and duration of the period (or periods) in which you want the convector to work,
within 24 hours.
The center of the timer has a 3-position slide switch. In the central position (indicated by a clock) the timer turns the unit on
or off as set up (see below for setting).
