Gear switch (Figure 7)
Using the gear switch (3) you may
select two different revolution
ranges.
• Switch position 1 :
0 – 400 min
-1
for installing and
removing screws
• Switch position 2 :
0 – 1500 min
-1
for installing
screws and drilling
The revolution range to be selected
is determined by the relevant
material and the intended task and
should be tested using a test piece.
CAUTION! Only switch over
when the motor is at a
standstill.
11 – After use
• Release the On/Off switch to
switch the machine off.
• Set the left/right rotation to the
middle position to block the
On/Off switch and prevent
unintentional activation of the
machine.
• Remove the rechargeable battery
and the tool before you clean and
store the machine.
• Clean the machine as described
under “Cleaning and maintenance”.

maintenance
Cleaning
CAUTION! Electric shock!
WARNING! Risk of electric
shock!
• Wait until the machine has cooled
down and remove the
rechargeable battery from the
machine.
• Before cleaning the charger,
always pull the plug out.
• Make sure that no water is able to
enter the machine.
• Do not damage the surfaces of
the machine.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles, or sharp or metallic
cleaning tools such as knives,
hard spatulas or similar.
• Use a mild cleaning agent and a
dry or damp, but not dripping
wet, cloth. Do not use cleaning
agents that contain solvents!
• Always keep the ventilation slots
free from dust deposits in order to
prevent the machine from
overheating.
• Dry the machine and tools with a
soft cloth.
