
The wireless doorbell you have purchased is fitted with a transmitter and a receiver. Read the
operating instructions carefully and follow all installation instructions. The product has a maximum
range of 100 metres (in ideal conditions).
Safety instructions
• Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures such as direct sunlight or fire. Do not place
the product on heating appliances. Leaking batteries may cause damage.
• Always insert the batteries heeding correct polarity (+ and –) as indicated in the battery
compartment.
• Attention! Inserting batteries with incorrect polarity poses a risk of explosion.
• Only use identical batteries of the appropriate specifications for replacement.
• If batteries are leaking, remove them from the battery compartment using a cloth. Dispose of
batteries in an environmentally friendly manner. If a battery leaks, avoid battery acid contact
with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. If you have come in contact with battery acid, rinse
the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately.
• Batteries may be fatal if swallowed. Keep batteries out of the reach of children and pets. If a
battery has been swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
• Do not allow children to replace batteries without adult supervision.
• Store batteries at a well-ventilated and dry location.
• The batteries should be removed from the product if it is not used for a long period of time.
• Explosion hazard! Do not charge or use any tools to reactivate batteries. Do not dismantle,
throw into fire or short-circuit.
• Remove the batteries from the product immediately when they are depleted and dispose of
them appropriately.

Installation
• Take care not to damage water, electricity or telecommunications lines while drilling holes. Use
a cable locator.
• Do not mount the receiver and transmitter on or next to metal parts. As with all wireless
devices, the range may be reduced by thick walls or large metal surfaces.
Installing the transmitter
1.
Heed the arrow markings on the back of the transmitter. The transmitter must be installed
with one arrow pointing up.
2.
Open the housing latch on the bottom of the transmitter. To do so, lightly press the latch
with a small, flat screwdriver inward.
3.
Remove the wall mount from the transmitter housing.
4.
Fasten the wall mount vertically or horizontally to the wall (one of 2 arrow markings pointing
upward):
–
Option A: With 2 screws, 2 wall anchors and 2 sealing rubber rings
(drill 2 holes through the drill points on the wall mount).

Option B: With the double-sided adhesive (not included).
5.
Insert the battery (3 V, CR2032) with correct polarity into the transmitter (see illustration in
battery compartment).
6.
The rubber seal of the wall mount must be securely in place and free of any dirt.
7.
Place the transmitter housing on the wall mount until the latch hooks into place.
8.
Apply a little pressure to remove the cover of the name plate.
9.
Insert an appropriate name plate.
10. Fasten the cover of the name plate.
Installing the receiver
Note:
Pairing mode begins automatically after you insert the batteries and lasts
approx. 2 minutes. Pair the receiver and transmitter before you install the receiver (see next
section).
Installation with 2 screws and 2 wall anchors:
1.
Mark 2 drill holes, spaced 28 mm, at the installation position.
2.
Drill 2 holes at the marked positions.
3.
Install 2 wall anchors and 2 screws.
4.
The screw heads should extend approx. 5 mm from the wall.
5.
Hang the receiver on the screw heads.
Pairing receiver and transmitter
1.
Open the battery compartment on the back of the receiver.
2.
Insert the batteries (2 x 1.5 V, AA, not included) with correct polarity into the receiver (see
illustration in battery compartment). The preset bell tone sounds.
3.
Close the battery compartment.
4.
Then press the bell button on the transmitter within 2 minutes.
5.
Pairing mode ends automatically after approx. 2 minutes.
Unpair:
1.
Remove the transmitter housing from the wall mount. Carefully press the battery into the
battery compartment to prevent it from falling out.
2.
Open the battery compartment on the back of the receiver.
3.
Remove the batteries from the receiver.
4.
Reinsert the batteries into the receiver. The preset bell tone sounds.
5.
Then press the button in the battery compartment on the transmitter within 2 minutes.
6.
The preset bell tone sounds 1 x. The receiver and transmitter are now unpaired.

• Clean the receiver and transmitter with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Never use abrasive
cleaning agents.

household waste within the EU. Recycle the product in accordance with current
environmental legislation in order to prevent damage to the environment due to
uncontrolled waste disposal and to support sustainable recycling of raw materials.
Return your waste product to a designated collection facility or contact the dealer

harmful substances or heavy metals that may be harmful to the environment and
