Service notes
Meister devices are subject to strict quality control. However, should a malfunction occur,
please send the device to our service address. The repair will be carried out immediately.
A brief description of the defect will reduce troubleshooting and repair time. During the
warranty period, send the Warranty Certificate and proof of purchase along with the device.
If it is not a warranty repair, we will charge you the cost of the repair.
IMPORTANT!
Opening the device will void the warranty.
We expressly point out that in accordance with product liability law, we will not be held
responsible for equipment damages caused by improper repair, or a part having been replaced
by non-original parts, or parts not approved by us have been used and if the repair was not
carried out by MEISTER TOOLS customer service department or an authorised specialist.
The same applies to the components used.
To avoid damage in transit, repack the device safely, preferably in its original packaging.
We are still there for you even after the warranty period, and will carry out any repairs to the
equipment at a competitive price.
Disposal
IMPORTANT!
Electrical and battery equipment which is no longer usable
is not household waste! According to Directive 2012/19/EU, electrical and
electronic equipment must be collected separately and disposed of by
environmentally-friendly and professional recycling.
Take electrical appliances which are no longer working to a local collection
point. Packaging materials must be collected separately according to type
and disposed of according to local regulations. Details can be obtained from
your local authority.
