Parental Lock
In this menu you can set up a parental
control. When activated channels are blo-
cked, where the set age limit is exceeded.
Default password: 0000
Date / Time
Set the current date and time. The settings can only be changed if the GMT deviation is
not set to AUTO. In general, the Auto GMT sufficient deviation.
Factory setting
If you choose this option, you are prompted to enter a password (Default: 0000). Sub-
sequently, the receiver is placed in the work condition. ATTENTION: All channels and
settings deleted irrevocably!
Software update
Choose this option if a new firmware is available for this set-top box. Copy the new firm-
ware to a USB stick and plug it into the USB slot on the front panel of the set-top box.
Select USB Upgrade to enter the USB mode. Now select the new firmware and confirm
with OK. The update process will start. Do not turn off the set-top box during this time
and do not disconnect it from the mains. The set-top box will automatically turn off and
then starts with the initial installation.
Safeguarding: Activate or deactivate the Parental Lock
Age limit: Enter the age limit. Choose between 0-18 years.

Change password: Change the default password. First enter the current password,
then the new password. Repeat at the end the new password
