- The heater will switch on when the function selector is set to one of the four power set-
tings.
- Once the room reaches the required temperature, the resistor will work but the power will
reduce to lower power setting. The fan continues working. Once the temperature de-
creases, the resistor will return to higher power setting. The resistor is now controlled au-
tomatically and thus keeps the room temperature constant.
- NOTE! The best environment for using this heater is in a 50 m³ room. If the room volume
is less than this, you can adjust the angle of the thermostat knob to less the time of the
thermostat’s cut-off.
- When using the heater for the first time, you may notice a slight emission of smoke. This is
quite normal and stops after a short time. The resistor is made of steel and was coated
with a layer of protection oil in production. The smoke is caused by the left oil when heat-
ed.
MAINTENANCE
-
Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the socket and let it cool down.
-
The housing gets easily dirty. Wipe it often with a soft sponge. For very dirty parts, wipe
with a sponge dipped in < 50
˚
C water and mild detergent, then dry the heater housing
with a clean cloth. Be careful not to let water enter the appliance inner parts.
-
Do not spray water onto the heater. Never use solvents like gasoline etc. for cleaning the
heater in order to protect the housing.
-
Let the heater cool down first and dry it before storing it. Then cover it with a plastic bag,
put it in the original packing box and store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
