Remove
the
black
plastic
spacer
between
the
brake
pads
in
the
front
brake
caliper.
Make
sure
the
brake
pads
have
a
space
between
them.

Place
the
brake
caliper
over
the
brake
disc
on
the
front
wheel
making
sure
the
disc
is
placed
between
the
2
brake
pads.
24)
Align
the
2
threaded
holes
of
the
brake
caliper
with
the
2
holes
in
the
fork
leg.
Insert
the
2
bolts
and
hand
tighten.
Tighten
the
2
bolts
securely,
