Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble with your camera, try these troubleshooting procedures before you
contact a service center.
Situation
Suggested remedies
The device driver is not installing.
Check the USB connection. If you are using a USB
hub, check the power of the hub.
If the problem persists, try using another USB port.
Images are not displaying.
Check the power source that the camera adapter is
plugged into.
Check the Amplitude Threshold, Min. Depth Range,
and Max. Depth Range.
If the camera parameter data in the ROM is deleted,
images will not be displayed. If that is the case,
contact the manufacturer.
The depth data is out of tolerance.
Some errors may occur depending on the user
environment or temperature. If the tolerance error
persists, contact the manufacturer.
Error Code 52 is occurred at the
installation of device driver.
(To resolve Error Code 52)
Install all available updates for Windows.
Consult your computer manufacturer for updates
for your computer’s drivers, including disk drives,
chipset, and USB controllers.
Temporarily disable “forced driver signing enforcement”
as follows :
1. Restart your computer.
2. While restarting, press the F8 key.
3. Windows Vista and Windows 7 :
· The Windows Advanced Options list should appear.

Press the down arrow key until “Disable forced driver signing
·
enforcement” is highlighted.
· Press the Return key.
