SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the user instructions carefully before use.
Save them for future reference
• Always use the lawn mower together with the grass catcher or deflector
• Switch off the engine before emptying the grass catcher or adjusting the mowing height
• Never put your hands or feet under the lawn mower, or under the ejector, when the engine is running
• Remove any objects from the lawn before using the lawn mower
• Keep children, pets and onlookers at a safe distance when using the lawn mower
• Never lift the lawn mower when the engine is running
• Never touch rotating blades
• Never allow children, or persons who have not read these instructions, to use the lawn mower Local regulations

• Never use the lawn mower in the vicinity of other persons, especially children, and pets
• Remember that the user is responsible for accidents and potential risks to other people and their property
• Always wear sturdy shoes and long trousers when mowing Do not wear open shoes, and never go barefoot
• Inspect the area where the lawn mower is to be used, and remove all objects that can get in the way
WARNING: Petrol is highly flammable.
– Store petrol in containers specially designed for this purpose
– Fill up outdoors and never smoke while filling
– Fill up before starting the engine Never remove the petrol cap and never fill up when the engine is running
of when it is hot
– Do not start the engine if petrol has been spilled Move the lawn mower from the spilled area and avoid
producing any sparks until the petrol has evaporated
– Replace petrol tanks and caps safely

• Always check that the blades, blade bolts and mower deck are not worn or damaged before using the lawn

• Do not start the engine in enclosed areas where harmful carbon dioxide fumes can accumulate

• Do not run the lawn mower up and down a slope, run it along the slope
• Be careful when changing direction on slopes
• Do not use the lawn mower on very steep slopes
• Be careful when pulling the lawn mower towards you
• Stop the blades if the lawn mower needs to be tilted to move it over surfaces that are not grassed
• Never use the lawn mower with defective guards or without safety devices, eg deflectors and/or grass catchers
• Do not change the engine control settings, or race the engine
• Disconnect all attachments before starting the engine
• Start the engine as described in the instructions and keep your feet away from the blades
