the trigger can remain pressed and a
fastener fired every time the tip of the
product is pressed against the workpiece.
The trigger remains pressed and a
fastener is fired when the safety element
is pressed against the point where the
fastener is to be driven in.
WARNING!
• Always check before use which firing
method has been selected, otherwise
there is a risk of fatal or serious personal
injury.
• Do not use the product if it is damaged,
or not working properly. Do not fire
fasteners unless the outlet for fasteners
is resting firmly against the workpiece.
SAFETY SWITCH
Always check before use that the safety switch
is working correctly. The safety element must
move freely all the way without jamming. The
safety element must return to its fully extended
position after it is pressed in. Do not use the
product if the safety element is not working
properly – risk of personal injury.

SAFETY PAD
The safety pad on the tip of the product
contributes towards protecting workpieces of
softer wood from marks and damage.
WARNING!
Remove the battery from the product before
removing or replacing the safety pad,
otherwise there is a risk of serious personal
injury.
Removing the battery
1. Press the battery lock.
2. Pull out the battery from the product.
REMOVAL OF JAMMED FASTENERS
If a fastener jams in the magazine, open the
magazine and allow the jammed fastener to
drop out.
The product will not work if a fastener jams in
the firing mechanism. Follow the instructions
below to remove a jammed fastener.

1. Press the lock button. Pull back the cover
on the magazine.
2. The jammed fastener should drop out. If
not, poke out the jammed fastener with a
nail or other sharp object.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
1. To charge the battery, align the slot in
the battery to the slot on the charger and
push in place.
2. The battery status light goes from
green to red to show that the battery is
charging.
3. When the battery is fully charged the
charge indicator goes green.
Charging a warm battery
The battery gets hot when the product is used
continuously for a long time. Allow the battery
to cool for 30 minutes before charging. Normal
battery charging is described in the section
on charging the battery. Contact the retailer if
the charger does not charge battery in normal
conditions.

attempt to modify or repair it – risk of serious
