6.0 WARRANTY
6.1
A.M.G. Medical Inc. warrants the Highlight for Bleach Wipes Lid to be free
from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal and intended
use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.
A.M.G. Medical Inc. will at its sole discretion during the warranty period repair
or replace with new or refurbished product without charge.
6.2
Inspect the Lid, Cartridge, and packaging to verify no damage has occurred
as a result of shipping and handling. Do not use the Device if the integrity
of the packaging has been compromised or the Device appears damaged.
In the event of damage, retain the package with the contents and notify the
manufacturer.
6.3
Warranty limitations: this warranty does not include any condition resulting
from other than ordinary wear or any use for which the product was not
intended; any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance
or care; damaged caused by accident, abuse, misues, fire, liquid contact,
earthquake, or other external cause; and damages incurred during
transportation.
7.0 CAUTION
7.1
Keep out of reach of children. For professional use only.
7.2
This product is not a disinfectant. For use with Health Canada-registered
bleach-based disinfectant wipes only. Not for use with semi-critical or critical
medical devices.
7.3
The Lid and Cartridge should only be used by staff who are trained in using
the Lid and Cartridge. The Lid should only be used with the Cartridge
provided by A.M.G. Medical.
7.4
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear gloves and protective
eyewear. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before
eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
7.5
First Aid: If in eyes, hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for
15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes
and then continue rinsing eyes. Call a poison control center or doctor for
treatment advice.
