5. Repeat with the other three leg extensions.
6. Using the Adjustment Pushbutton, adjust the legs to desired height (Figure 6).

Adjust the height of the bench by first measuring the distance from the back of the user’s knee to
the floor. Using the chart below depress the push button (Figure C) into the appropriate slot.
Choose the appropriately numbered hole on leg for desired height.
