Introduction

The Man Behind The System
BioFlex is a division of Meditech International Inc. a
company founded by Fred Kahn, MD, in 1989. The

In 1993, Meditech opened its first clinic within a
laboratory at Ryerson University which has evolved
into two major Laser Rehabilitation Clinics currently
