METER WARRANTY

Medi+Sure Canada Inc. warrants, to the original
purchasers of the

MediSure

Blood Glucose Meter, that

your meter shall be free of defects in materials and
workmanships under a life time warranty from the date
of purchase. If the

MediSure

meter does not work

properly  because  of  defects  in  materials  or
workmanships, Medi+Sure Canada Inc. will replace
It  with  an  equivalent  product  or  repair  it  at  no  cost  to
the purchaser.
This  warranty  does  not  apply  to  the  battery  supplied
with  the  meter  or  to  a  meter  that  has  been  modified,
altered,  abused,  or  misused  in  any  way.  Medi+Sure
Canada Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or
consequential damages.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED ARE

MADE.
