You are using a modified Android kernel or the
flash counter of your smart device has been in-
creased (rooted Android device).
Overwriting of the Android stock kernel and a re-
sulting increase of the flash counter can lead to Mi-
racast malfunctions.
The ZoomBox is not recognised in the network even though
it is connected to the local network.
•
The ZoomBox is located in a different network.
Check that the smart device and ZoomBox are lo-
cated in the same network.
•
The app cache is preventing the ZoomBox from
being found in the network.
Close the app completely and restart it.
Video/photo/music files cannot be played back.
•
The files were recorded in a format that is not sup-
ported by the device.
NOTE
Due to the large number of different
codecs, it is not possible to guarantee
playback of all formats.
