The person you are calling 
cannot hear you clearly. 

The microphone is in the 
airstream of the car sunroof, 
window or ventilation. 

 

Move the clip which attaches 
holds your kit to the sun visor. 

 

Alter the airstreams in the car. 

You hear the person you 
are calling too faintly. 

The volume is set too low. 

 

To increase the volume press
