

Place the ﬁ tness bracelet around
your wrist and close the bracelet.

The ﬁ tness bracelet should be

neither too tight nor too loose
around your wrist.

Switching on the
device



Press and hold down the touch
panel for approx. 4 seconds until
the sensor unit vibrates brieﬂ y and
the display lights up.

The device is now switched on.
