9.3. Activity progress
You can view your most recent stored activity recordings on the fitness watch. To do
so, proceed as follows:

In the menu, tap and then to open the activity progress.
The overview shows the stored activities in chronological order.

Tap an activity recording to view the detailed values.

Swipe upwards on the display to switch between the value views.

Swipe from left to right on the display to return to the menu above.
It is important to regularly synchronise your device with the MEDION®
Fitness app to store your activity recordings permanently. If the activity
memory is full, the oldest activity recordings on the fitness watch are
overwritten and can no longer be retrieved.
10. Communications functions
If your fitness watch is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth and you have
installed the MEDION® Fitness app, you can receive notifications for incoming calls,
emails, SMS etc.
In order to use the specified functions, you must first grant the app the
required permissions for access to your smartphone/tablet data.
Please be aware that the use of mobile internet, outgoing calls and SMS
may incur additional costs depending on your mobile contract. Check
the terms and conditions with your mobile network provider
beforehand to avoid unnecessary high mobile phone bills.
10.1. Notifi cations
Using the MEDION® Fitness app you can specify which applications should be
permitted to send you notifications on the fitness watch.
For example, you can specify that you would like to receive a notification for
incoming calls, emails, SMS. Equally the opposite also applies, you can deselect
unwanted notifications in the app settings.

Starting on the home screen on the fitness watch, swipe from left to right on the
display to view new notifications.
The input channel and the notification preview are displayed on the fitness watch
respectively.
Take care to ensure that “Do not disturb” mode is switched off in the
MEDION® Fitness app to receive notifications on the fitness watch.
