No reception/poor

The remote control
is not working. • Check if the batteries are fully functioning and have been inserted the right way

opened. • Check whether CEC is enabled. In this case, the menu cannot be opened. This is not
a defect. In some cases, the menu of the device connected via HDMI2 opens. This
is dependent on the playback device and must be supported accordingly. Further

In many cases, it is sensible to reset to the factory settings with subsequent reinstallation.
