Wireless networks
Prior to starting an I nternet - app l ication , acti v ate Wi -F i connection and set
u p Wi -F i network.
T o u ch the icon “ App l ications ” > " Settings ” > “ Wire l ess connections ” . 1 .
Se l ect Wi -F i item and set the switch to On position.
T he de v ice wi ll a u tomatica ll y start searching for a v ai l ab l e networks 2.
and wi ll disp l ay them on the right pane l .
Se l ect any network from the l ist and press “ Connect ” . I f the network 3.
yo u se l ected is protected by W E P - protoco l, type the sec u rity key , then
press “ Connect ” b u tton.
When the connection is s u ccessf ull y created , “ Connected to ” (N etwork
name) message wi ll appear on the screen.
3G networks (Optional)
N ote that yo u r T ab l et PC wi ll on l y ha v e signa l if yo u are in an area co v ered
by yo u r 3 G pro v ider ’ s 3 G or E D GE network.
Before inserting a S I M card , yo u m u st t u rn o ff the de v ice.
A Pin n u mber may be req u ested. E nter the S I M card pin n u mber.
Y o u r de v ice wi ll attempt to connect to the 3 G network of yo u r pro v ider.

I f yo u r de v ice does not connect to yo u r 3 G pro v ider ’ s network
Contact yo u r 3 G pro v ider to obtain the connection parameters. 1 .
On yo u r de v ice , tap the Men u icon , then settings. 2.
Se l ect Wire l ess & networks > Mobi l e networks > Se l ect yo u r operator. 3.
I n Access Point N ames , se l ect the correct access point name and enter the
exact connection parameters.
Bluetooth (Optional)
T ap " Settings " > Se l ect " Wire l ess connections/B lu etooth " > T ap " On " to
switch on the B lu etooth f u nction. T he de v ice wi ll a u tomatica ll y search for
a v ai l ab l e B lu etooth de v ice.
Se l ect the B lu etooth de v ice and start data transmission.
