I’m worried my Sonnet might fall off my ear
Clear plastic safety loops (snuggies) are available. They loop around your ear and
hold onto the processor.
A safety line is available. It loops around the processor and clips to your clothing.
I can’t change the settings (e.g. volume / programme) via my fine tuner
anymore
The fine tuner may have lost its link with the Sonnet processor. It will need to be
synced again. Place the coil of the Sonnet processor on the MT button of the fine
tuner and turn the processor on. The fine tuner lights will blink to confirm a
successful sync.
