TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Possible Cause Solution

The value 0 of the power
scale and the indication of
the wrench flash. The device
emits two prolonged and
consecutive beeps.
a)
The system was started with
the pedal pressed.
Check that during system
start-up the pedal is not
pressed.
If the pedal is not pressed,
check that the pedal returns
correctly to the rest position
and there is nothing that
prevents the movement.
If the warning persists,
contact an Authorised
MECTRON Service Centre
WiFi
Wi-Fi button flashing.
The Wi-Fi interface is active,
but the device was unable to
establish a connection with
the MECTRON server
Check that it is possible to
access the internet via the
Wi-Fi network to which
MICROPIEZO is connected.
Perform the procedure
for connecting to the wi-fi
network.
a) For 10 seconds when the machine is switched on.
b) The error condition is manifested when the pedal
is pressed and with a “Power Level” different to 0.
If there is no error condition is present any more,
the warning signal will be updated at the next pedal
pressure.
c) When the pedal is pressed, the lighted diagnostic
indications will be deactivated. When the pedal is
released, if the error conditions persist, the relative
indications will be reactivated.
