Using the

Spotting Scope:
1. Follow the included Users Guide on page 2 that describes attaching the scope to a tripod.
2. Next, unzip the side zipper half way and secure the bag flaps using the metal snaps on each side of the
bag as shown.
3. Unzip the front lens bag zipper near the front lens and push the bag flap out of the way.
4. Open the top Velcro flap to access the focus knobs.
5. Remove the lens covers on the objective lens and eyepiece.
Note: In this configuration, the spotting scope zoom and orientation can be adjusted while in the bag. To reorient
the eyepiece into a new position, loosen the optical tube lock knob located on the right side and rotate to the
desired position. Tighten the lock knob when done.
