8. FILTER GUIDELINES AND CLEANING
Do not try and smell the filter and avoid the filter coming into contact with your skin. Do not wash the filter.
To clean it using a vacuum cleaner following the below steps.
NOTE: Never use the device without the air filter
If the filter looks dirty
through the viewfinder
then you can clean it.
Turn OFF the power and
unplug the power supply
from the wall socket.
Open the Airvax by
turning the cover in the
direction of arrows.
Use a vacuum cleaner to
remove the particles from
the upper filter.
The SEFF (Static Electricity film filter) in the Airvax
can be reused after cleaning with a vacuum
cleaner. This process can be repeated numerous
times but eventually the filter will become severely
discolored and will need to be replaced.
Replacement of filter depends on your ambient
conditions, we recommend at least once year.
Replace the lid by
twisting the cover until it
is locked into place
Plug the power supply
back in and turn the unit
back ON
