Device has weak or no sound.

•  Trapped moisture may be distorting 

the sound. Consider using a hearing 

aid dehumidifier overnight.

•  Make sure the battery compartment 

is closed all the way and the hearing 
aid is on (see page 13). 

•  Replace the battery with a fresh one 

(see page 11).   

•  Remove tubing from the hearing 

aid body (see page 22) and turn 
the volume up to maximum. If it 
whistles, your hearing aid is working 
and wax or debris may be blocking 
the sound. 

•   Clean tubing/tip (see page 18)  

and ear canal. Replace tubing/tip  
if they appear worn.
