Front Panel Description
(note only one mic input is shown as all mic channels operate identically)
1. Graphic Equalizer
Allows five bands of tone control. Each control provides 12dB of boost or cut, centered on the following
frequencies: 60Hz, 250Hz, 800Hz, 2KHz and 8KHz. Equalizer adjustment effects the final mix, including all
input channels and the MP
3
player.
2. Phantom Power Indicator
Indicates that 15VDC of phantom power is being provided to all mic inputs.
3. Phantom Power Selector
Turns 15VDC phantom power ON/OFF to all mic inputs.
4. Power LED Indicators
Top POWER LED lights blue when unit is powered ON. Lower five LED's show relative power output of the
amplifier. Three green LED's indicate safe operating range of the amplifier. Yellow indicates that the
amplifier is delivering its rated RMS output power. RED indicates the amplifier is exceeding the RMS
rating. At high volume levels it is suitable for the RED LED to intermittently blink for very short intervals.
However beyond this, the amplifier output is clipping, which can cause damage to connected speakers.
5. Master Volume Control
Rotary switch controls the master volume of the amplifier, including all input channels, the CD/Tape input
and the MP
3
player.
6. CD/Tape Level Control
Adjusts the Level of the CD/Tape RCA inputs (rear panel)
7. Reverb Level (present on each input channel)
Adjusts the amount of reverb effects that is included with the signal provided at that input. Overall reverb
volume, depth and delay are adjusted via controls 13, 14 and 15.
8. Treble Level (present on each input channel)
This control adjusts high frequencies centered at 10KHz at a rate of ±15dB, for the signal provided at that
input.
9. Bass Level (present on each input channel)
This control adjusts low frequencies centered at 100Hz at a rate of ±15dB, for the signal provided at that
input.
