MAINTENANCE

WARNING! 

Before cleaning, please turn off the air conditioning and disconnect the plug.

CLEANING THE SURFACE

Clean the surface of the air conditioner with a cloth or a soft, semi-damp cloth. Do not use chemical reagents. Doing 
so will damage the surface of the unit and may even damage the air conditioner completely.

CLEANING THE FILTERS

If the air conditioner is used continuously, it is recommended to clean the filters once every two weeks.

1.  Remove the air inlet grille and pull the filter screen out from both sides according to the direction 

shown in the following figures.

2.  Put the filter screen in the hot water (approximately 40°) added with neutral detergent, dry it in a 

shaded place after cleaning.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive 
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly.  The table includes some of the most common 
problems, their causes and remedies. 

WARNING!

 When the following anomalies occur in the air conditioning system, switch it off and remove 

the plug.  Then contact the Official Technical Service.

Insert the plug firmly.
Change the time setting. The air conditioner 
can be restarted 3 minutes after it is turned 
off.
Empty the water tank and restart the air 
conditioning.
Wait 3 minutes and turn on the machine 
again when its temperature decreases.

The cold/heat 

effect is not good

Air inlet/outlet obstructed
Other heat sources in the room.
Filters that are too dirty.
Improper temperature setting.
Fan speed set to minimum.

Remove the obstruction.
Remove the other heat sources.
Clean the filters.
Change the temperature. Select the 
appropriate speed.

Too much noise 

and vibration

Sloping structure.
Irregular floor.

Place the air conditioner on a regular 
surface.
