CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN

Before all else, disconnect the unit from the power supply.
Let the oven cool down and clean it thoroughly with a damp cloth soaked in warm water and non-abrasive detergent (or with
a specific trade product).
Never use any abrasive sponges or cloths or any other products that could irreparably damage the enamel. On Multi-function
models the fan inside the oven is protected by an enamelled panel made of a special self-cleaning material.
