High Voltage Transformer Fuse
The high voltage transformer fuse is located on the cover
mounted to the noise filter, next to the main fuse.
High Voltage Transformer Fuse Removal
1. Disconnect power from microwave.
2. Remove control panel, see "Control Panel"
procedure.
3. Discharge high voltage capacitor, see "High Voltage
Capacitor" procedure.
4. Remove and replace fuse.
5. Reassemble in reverse order.
NOTE:
If the 20 amp main fuse "blows" due to high
voltage transformer failure, also replace the high
voltage transformer fuse.
Magnetron
Magnetron is mounted on the side of the cavity to
provide a top feed single waveguide.
1. Disconnect power from microwave.
2. Remove microwave from installation position, see
"Removing Microwave from Installation Position"
procedure.
3. Remove control panel, see "Control Panel"
procedure.
4. Discharge high voltage capacitor, see "High Voltage
Capacitor" procedure.
5. Remove outer case, see "Outer Case" procedure.
6. Label and disconnect wire leads from magnetron.
7. Remove screws securing magnetron to the wave
guide.
8. Carefully remove the magnetron.
NOTE:
When replacing magnetron, ensure the antenna
does not strike against other components, which
may damage the magnetron antenna.
9. Reassemble in reverse order.
NOTE:
When replacing magnetron, ensure the gasket is
in the correct position and in good condition.
CAUTION
!
During replacement of magnetron, be certain the R.F.
anode gasket is in place around anode stud.

!
A microwave leakage test must be performed anytime
a magnetron assembly is removed, replaced,
disassembled or adjusted for any reason.
Turntable Motor
1. Disconnect power from microwave.
2. Remove screws securing bottom plate cover.
3. Remove screw securing motor cover to motor.
4. Label and disconnect motor wiring.
5. Remove screws securing motor to microwave
chassis.
6. Turn motor clockwise and gently slide motor out.
7. Replace and reassemble in reverse order.
Vent Blower
The vent blower is a multispeed, capacitor-run blower
assembly located on top of the oven. The blower is
operated by voltage relays located on the p.c. board.
Vent Blower Removal
1. Disconnect power from microwave.
2. Remove microwave from installation position, see
"Removing Microwave from Installation Position"
procedure.
3. Remove screws securing damper and blower motor
assembly to top and back of unit.
NOTE:
One (1) screw is located under the damper.
