Close the cover.

Playback begins, provided the video DVD
meets all playback conditions

The DVD menu, stored on the DVD, ap-

The following message appears if the
DVD fails to meet Regional code 2
(

Remove the DVD from the slot.

An already loaded DVD must be
ejected before attempting to load
another one (

page 264).

Inserting a second DVD with another
DVD still loaded will cause damage to
the DVD drive not covered by the
Maybach Limited Warranty.

One-sided and two-sided video DVDs
are commercially available.

On a one-sided video DVD, one side
carries printed text, the other side is
blank. The blank side must face down
for loading.

A two-sided DVD is blank on either
side. The side to be played must face
down for loading. Side indication is
usually found on the inner rim of the
DVD.

The playback mode must be changed
if loading of a DVD is followed by this
failure message:
