ATTACHMENTS AND
AREAS OF APPLICATION
•
Sphere attachment
(Pictures C):
for large muscle groups such as
quadriceps and gluteus maximus and
for targeted loosening if you have
aching muscles
•
Flat attachment
(Pictures D):
suitable for relaxing the whole body
•
Cartridge attachment
(Pictures E):
for deeper tissue and for the feet,
hands etc.
•
Fork attachment
(Pictures F):
for the neck, back extensor, calves or
similar muscles.
USE
Please Note!
■
To prevent overheating, do not use
the device under a blanket or similar
cover.
■
Do not use the device while it is
connected to the mains power.
■
For reasons of hygiene, the sphere
attachment should not be used on
skin that has had cream or oil applied
to it.
■
If you experience a feeling of dis-
comfort or tingling in the hand you
are holding the device with, stop
using the device and consult a doctor
if necessary.
Check the battery status before
each use (see the “Battery” chapter –
“Battery Status Displays”).
1. Insert the attachment you want as far
as it will go into the mount (

) on the
main unit (

).
2. Move the On / Off switch (

) to the right
to switch on the device. The battery
control lamp (
6
) and the operating
lamp (
3
) light up. The device is in
standby mode.
3. Press the button
(

) to start the
device and set the intensity level:
Press 1 x: Intensity level 1
Press 2 x: Intensity level 2
Press 3 x: Intensity level 3
Press 4 x: Off
The number of lit control lamps (
1
)
indicates which intensity level has
currently been set.
We recommend starting with
the lowest level and gradually
increasing the intensity.
4. Hold the device by the handle (

) and
guide the attachment over the area
of the body you want, applying slight
pressure.
Do not apply too much
pressure!
We recommend that you do
not massage one muscle area
for longer than a maximum of
15 minutes at a time.
CARE AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
Make sure that the device is switched
off and is not connected to the mains
power.
• Remove the used attachment from
the main unit (
E
) and clean it. All
attachments
apart from the sphere
attachment
(
D
) can be cleaned with
warm water and a mild detergent.
• Wipe down the main unit and the
sphere attachment with a slightly
damp cloth.
