Intended use
• This device is intended for chopping and blending fruits and vegetables. It can also
be used to store such foodstuff s as fruits, vegetables, and prepared juices and
smoothies.
• The device is not suitable for crushing ice cubes or processing frozen foods.
• The jar does not close airtight and is thus not intended for transporting liquids.
• The device is intended for private, non-commercial use.
• Use the device only as described in the instruction manual. Any other use is regarded
as improper use.
• The guarantee does not cover any defects caused by improper use, damage, or at-
tempted repairs. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

Do not make any changes to the device. Do not replace the con-
nection cable yourself. If the device or the connection cable are
damaged, they must be replaced by the manufacturer, custom-
er service or a similarly qualifi ed body (e.g. specialist workshop)
to avoid hazards.

Make absolutely sure to observe the cleaning instructions in the
chapter "Cleaning and storage".
