Place the black banana plug of the
padlock adapter into the
“COM” socket
of the multimeter and the red into
the
“V” socket. Switch the multimeter
to the lowest AC or DC mV meter
position, depending on what you want
to measure with the clamp.
Turn on the clamp adapter: AC or DC
current depending on the type of
current to be measured.
Press and hold the release button on
the clamps, place it around the wire
to be measured, then close the stems
by releasing the button. The reading
of the instrument is mV, 1mV = 1A in
this case.
The measurement can be measured on
a conductor that runs on the current,
even more than one at a time, in which
case the total value is displayed on the
instrument, but it is recommended to
measure them one by one for exact
measurement. The measurement will
be ineffective if, for example, a phase
and a neutral (AC) conductor or a
positive and negative conductor (DC)
are placed side by side within the
locking lugs.
In the case of DC current measurement,
the measurement may not start at zero
in the case of empty clamps, which
does not affect the measurement.

handle the cables under tension
with care, to avoid electrical
shock!
• Don’t use in moist, humid
environment
• Don’t expose the instrument to
radiation or heat effect (sunlight,
radiators etc.).
• Don’t use the tool if the cord is
damaged.
• Don’t use the instrument if the
voltage of the circuit under test
exceeds the maximum CAT rating
(AC / DC 600A, CATIII 600V)

Open the battery case screw and
remove it with the batteries. Insert the
new batteries correctly into the battery
compartment. Replace the case and
secure with the screw.
