Reset Button Pops Up
Press the reset button
Check for loose or damaged connections/wires
underneath the deck plate

Loose Connection
Check power to wall outlet and/or try a different outlet

Socket Fault
Check lights on charger:
Plugged into wall - Green
Plugged into wall & unit - Red (charging)
Plugged into wall & unit - Green (charging complete)
No lights/Blinking lights - Replace charger

Charger Failure
Weigh no more than 155 pounds

Rider Weight
Use only on flat, dry surfaces. Avoid slopes and
areas with large amounts of rubble

the rear wheel can be easily turned by hand)
When braking, the controller still has current
output, check whether the brake wire is properly
connected or replace the brake (in normal braking,
the controller should immediately reduce the
current output to "0" after holding the brake handle)
