Take the scooter and all the parts out of the box
Assemble Your Scooter
Before any assembly, make sure the power switch is in the
off position
Place the front wheel in the front fork, pass the front wheel screw through
the holes in the tire and fork frame, and tighten the nuts with a wrench

Loosen the folding quick release, gradually lift the handlebar until the
folding screw snaps into the upper hole and hears the clicking sound to
keep the scooter upright, and finally lock the folding quick release
Loosen the quick release, insert the silver handlebar stem to the fixed
hole, and finally lock the quick release
Insert the handle into the top of thehandlebar stem, align with the hole,
and bolt through and lock
