● When it is used beyond the rated load duration rate, the temperature inside the welding machine will rise
or even exceed the set value. In order to avoid the deterioration of the welding machine, or even burn
the welding machine, the welding machine is provided with thermal protection function. When the
temperature inside the welding machine exceeds the set temperature, the thermal protection relay will
be activated. The overheating or protection indicator on the welding machine panel will be on. At the
same time, the welding machine will stop current output; after the temperature drops below the set
temperature, the overheating or protection indicator will be off, and the welding machine will restore
normal work, then the welding operation can proceed.
● Advice: Try not to use the welding machine beyond the load duration rate.
CLEANING AND MAINTANCE
In order to ensure the safe use of equipment, please carry out regular maintenance and upkeep. When
checking the internal and external terminals of the welding machine, be sure to turn off the power supply
control switches at all levels.
1. Daily precautions

. Whether exists abnormal vibration, sound, smell;

. Whether the cable connections has abnormal heat;
⑶
. When the power switch is turned on, whether the cooling fan is rotating normally;

. Whether the switch has poor contact;
⑸
. Whether the cable is broken.
2. Items to be tested every 3 to 6 months

. Electrical connection
Any looseness, poor contact or insulation failure of cable connections at input and output sides of the
welding machine.

. Grounding wire
Whether the welding machine housing is safely grounded.
⑶
. Dust removal inside the welding machine
Dust gathered inside the welding machine may cause poor heat emission and other issues, which brings
adverse effect to the circuit work of the welding machine. Therefore, check or clean up the dust at least
every six months. While operating, open the welding machine housing to remove the dust using dry
compressed air.
