Q: My phone has been lost or stolen.

What do I do?

A: Contact your network operator

immediately to close your account and

prevent misuse. Report your phone

stolen to local police.

Q: How do I reset my phone to factory

defaults.

A: Enter the Settings menu and scroll to

“Reset all”.
